Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at LST Incense. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are using Singapore Post Registered Package Mail / Air Mail for all our shipment. Please refer to below link for shipping time and rate.
For shipment within Singapore

Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during Covid-19 outbreak and current situation.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LST Incense is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
LST Incense is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do ship outside Singapore.
Returns Policy
We offer free returns for 7 days from date of receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 7 days of the receiving of order.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes attached glass bottle, plastic packaging etc.
You will be asked to provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
